Prana Yoga ('prana' meaning breath or life energy) is a bodywork treatment developed by Catherine McFadden as a way of combining the incredible healing benefits of Reiki and Yoga .
During a Prana Yoga treatment the healing touch of Reiki is applied while the recipient is positioned in deeply therapeutic Restorative Yoga postures. This bodywork treatment brings about an immediate sense of calm, relaxation, and ease, which leads to a feeling of deep openness, clarity and vitality, allowing the body to heal its physical, mental, emotional and spiritual tensions.
There is no need to have any Reiki or Yoga experience prior to trying this technique. All you need is to bring comfortable clothing and be open to trying something new!
